World Of Warcraft Patch 8.3 Release Date Announced

Yesterday, Blizzard announced the World of Warcraft patch 8.3 release date. Visions of N’Zoth will release January 14, 2020. This is the final patch in the Battle for Azeroth expansion. Players will be visiting the kingdom of Ny’alotha. Ny’alotha, the Waking City is the expansions final raid. The 12-boss raid culminates in a battle against N’Zoth himself. Patch 8.3 comes with a host of new additions.

Patch 8.3 will have assaults. Assaults will feature Horrific Visions in Uldum and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Players can enter a Horrific Vision and work their way through the challenging content. Each time the revisit the vision, they will be stronger and able to make their way farther into the instance.

Blizzard posted the Ny’alotha raid schedule on their blog. January 21st will unlock normal and heroic difficulties. Mythic and Raid Finder Wing 1 (Vision of Destiny) opens on January 28th. Raid Finder Wing 2 (Halls of Devotion) will be unlocked on February 11th. On February 25th, Raid Finder Wing 3 (Gift of Flesh) will be available. The final Raid Finder Wing 4 (The Waking Dream) will open on March 10th.

Battle for Azeroth Season 4 will begin in patch 8.3. The new season will bring a new seasonal affix in Mythic Keystone dungeons, reward updates, and a new season of PvP.

What to Expect in Patch 8.3

Visions of N’Zoth will bring two new allied races to the game. Vulpera is joining the Horde and Mechagnomes are joining the Alliance. Goblin and Worgen are receiving their heritage armor. Titan Facilities will come under assault by the Old Gods. Players will venture to Uldum and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms to defeat the Old God’s minions.

World Of Warcraft Patch 8.3 Release Date Announced and the Heart of Azeroth will receive new levels. The heart is also getting a new minor slot and seven new essences. Wrathion will give players a new legendary questline to acquire a new cloak. The cloak will protect player characters from corruption when they venture into Horrific Visions.

The Titanforging system is being replaced by Corrupted items. Corrupted Gear can be obtained will give player characters more power in exchange for applying corruption to the character. If a player character has too much corruption then they will die. Patch 8.3 is adding the Blackrock Depths battle pet dungeon.
